If you would like to become a patient at Hickory Medical Park, please call our office to schedule a new patient appointment with one of our providers.

As a courtesy, two days prior to your appointment, our office will send out a reminder call regarding your appointment date and time. Once you arrive at your new patient appointment, you will receive the new patient packet to complete.
