We are a state-of-the-art community wellness facility unlike any other in the region. Our certified fitness staff provides fitness assessments and individualized training sessions while our health promotion staff provides educational programs of total wellness including diet, smoking cessation and more.

Meet Our Team

The Quest4Life Wellness Center was developed to promote the importance of a healthy lifestyle, which involves more than just eating right and exercising. The Quest4Life Wellness Center staff is committed to helping you develop individual lifestyle changes. They offer their expertise to members through informative and friendly enrollment, initial health and fitness evaluations, individual training sessions and personal training. They also are a resource for tobacco cessation.

The Quest4Life Wellness Center approach is to help people of all ages, backgrounds and levels of health and fitness to enjoy daily routines of improving overall health and fitness. Membership is available to individuals, family and corporate groups. Approximately 65% of memberships are corporate memberships. These individuals have joined through the convenience of payroll deduction provided by their employer. This procedure offers the corporate members a discounted membership fee.

  • Pilates, Yoga, Circuit & other classes

    Better your workout and your results by taking advantage of The Quest4Life Wellness Center's optional personal or group training sessions.
    Building upon the knowledge and training you received during your initial fitness assessment and training sessions, these optional training sessions provide you with a professional workout partner who supervises your movement and techniques, makes immediate adjustments and assistance, and provides appropriate progressions as soon as you are ready - before you reach a plateau, boredom or burnout.
