  • Central line care
  • Hydration therapy
  • IV antibiotics
  • IV anti-emetics
  • IV immune globulin
  • IM injections
  • SQ injections
  • Therapeutic phlebotomy
  • Blood transfusions

Supplemental services included in all care are: assessment and evaluation, educational and instructional materials, procuring blood or urine specimens, and providing updates to the patient’s primary doctor.

The Ambulatory Infusion Center is committed to creating the best care experience for patients. That is why the facility features reclining chairs, television, and magazines for patients to enjoy during treatments. Often family members may accompany the patient during treatment as well.

The Ambulatory Infusion Center is located inside The George M. Hancock Surgery Center at Lenoir Mall. A physician’s order is required for all treatments, and appointments are necessary. Appointments may be made by calling 828-757-6242.
