In January 2008, Caldwell Memorial
Hospital and Southfork Pediatrics
combined to form The Falls Pediatrics.

pediatrician; and pediatric nurse practitioners

vision for creating this practice:
expanding health care
services for the youngest patients in southern
Caldwell County while maintaining the same
high level of care for our current patients.

this vision.”
