Warning Signs of Workout Overload
With exercise, there can be too much of a good thing. If youre overly tired, have sore muscles, dont sleep well, and keep getting colds, you may be overdoing it. See your doctor to rule out other causes. If none are found, your doctor may advise you to switch to a lighter workoutor no workoutfor a few weeks.
