Yes! You Can Learn to Love Low-Fat Foods

Or so suggests a weight-loss study of 118 women. After 12 weeks of substituting low-fat for high-fat foods, participants’ desire for high-fat foods lessened. In addition, by the end of the study, their desire for the low-fat items increased. This change in tastes could help dieters maintain long-term weight loss, said the authors of the study.
