Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy

Located within The Quest4Life Wellness Center, Quest4Life Rehabilitation Services include: physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech and language pathology and audiology; cardiac rehabilitation and lymphedema treatments. Our occupational therapy program is highly respected for its wound treatment and hand therapy programs.

All therapists are certified in their area of expertise. Administered on an outpatient basis, highly individualized care is combined with rehabilitation, intervention, and education to achieve the best possible outcome for the patient. Some therapy is performed at Caldwell Memorial Hospital, but most therapy is located at The Quest4Life Wellness Center and is physician referred.
